Register for a Live Class

Please pre-register for class to ensure that your spot is saved and that we’re prepared to knock your socks off (in a very relaxing way!).
If you aren’t able to make it to a class you’ve reserved, please cancel with 8 hours’ notice.
To ensure all who would like a spot are able to attend class and to help everyone honor their mindful movement commitments, late canceling or no-showing a class will result in that class pass being lost and a late cancellation charge of $20.
Our waitlists do cycle through, so please don’t be shy about adding yourself to them. Please remove yourself from the waitlist with 8 hours’ notice if you cannot commit to taking the spot if it becomes available. Starting April 1, 2024…If space opens, you’ll be automatically added to class so long as class doesn’t start for another 60 minutes.
