Memberships

Our memberships - whether for classes, small group, or private sessions - are the most common option at Five Points Yoga & Pilates for the People and provide the best per-class rate, flexibility, and accountability, with the convenience of monthly billing. You can choose whether you want to attend once, twice, three or more times per week based on your goals, lifestyle, and budget. Members can choose between a Yoga Membership, Pilates Membership, or combine both for a discount!

Our teachers are some of the most experienced practitioners in the Southeast, and we support them so that they can take great care of you by paying a living wage and for ongoing professional development. Yoga Memberships

The magic of yoga is in the commitment to your practice. Transformation happens when you show up consistently, and memberships are the best way to help you stay committed to your practice while you start feeling your very best.

  • The Sage membership is our most budget-friendly membership option, and your best bet if you plan to practice with us once a week. It's a great deal for weekend warriors, busy folks on a budget, or if you’re looking to add some active recovery to your athletic routine.

    $69 billed every 4 weeks on a Yearlong Plan or $79 billed every 4 weeks on a 4-Month Plan.

  • Our Rose membership is perfect for folks practicing twice a week. If you're using yoga to complement other forms of movement, this is a great plan to help with mobility, stress relief, and core strength.

    $109 billed every 4 weeks on a Yearlong Plan or $129 billed every 4 weeks on a 4-Month Plan.

  • Our popular Gold option is best for folks planning to practice 3 times per week. If yoga is your primary form of movement, 3 times a week is our minimum recommendation to set the stage for feeling your very best.

    $119 billed every 4 weeks on a Yearlong Plan or $139 billed every 4 weeks on a 4-Month Plan.

    Upgrade to an unlimited membership for just an extra $10 per billing cycle.

Pilates Memberships

Feeling completely rejuvenated while relieving pain is what’s in store for you when you commit to weekly Pilates classes. And, y’all, those are all direct quotes from our members! If you’re ready to get stronger without pain, a Pilates membership with us will help you feel a real difference in your body.

  • The Pilates Sage membership is our most budget-friendly membership option, and your best bet if you plan to practice with us once a week. It's a great deal for weekend warriors, busy folks on a budget, or if you’re looking to add some active recovery to your athletic routine. We do recommend incorporating other forms of exercise into your weekly routine if you’re only seeing us once a week.

    $109 billed every 4 weeks on a Yearlong Plan or $129 billed every 4 weeks on a 4-Month Plan.

  • Our Rose membership is perfect for folks practicing twice a week. If this is your main form of movement, twice a week is the minimum we’d like to see you in the studio. This is a great plan to help with mobility, overall strength, and deepening your mind-body connection.

    $199 billed every 4 weeks on a Yearlong Plan or $229 billed every 4 weeks on a 4-Month Plan.

  • If you’d rather be on a reformer right now, this is the plan for you! Coming three times a week means you’ll get stronger faster and build the mind-body connections that you need to progress to more intermediate and advanced exercises quickly. If you tend to get bored and novelty keeps you going, we highly recommend coming more frequently so that you can learn all that Pilates offers.

    $269 billed every 4 weeks on a Yearlong Plan or $299 billed every 4 weeks on a 4-Month Plan.

Hybrid Memberships

Get the best of both worlds through a membership to both of these complementary modalities. About a third of our members have hybrid memberships, and so you’d be in good company!

  • Our most popular and budget friendly hybrid membership, this one is great for busy folks who want the best of both worlds.

    $159 billed every 4 weeks on a Yearlong Plan or $169 billed every 4 weeks on a 4-Month Plan. Contact us to set this membership option up.

  • Our Hybrid Rose membership is great for dedicated yogis who want to add a bit of strength work into their routines. Pilates helps keep your shoulders strong, stable, and up for safely tackling the repetitive movements of yoga.

    $199 billed every 4 weeks on a Yearlong Plan or $229 billed every 4 weeks on a 4-Month Plan.

  • This plan is a great way to build strength and de-stress. It is a true best of both worlds plan. You could use your weekly yoga class for restoration or to work up a sweat depending on how you want to feel that day. Our Hybrid Gold plan ensures you’ll stay connected in mind, body, and soul.

    $249 billed every 4 weeks on a Yearlong Plan or $279 billed every 4 weeks on a 4-Month Plan.

Want the peace of mind that comes from knowing that your spot in your favorite class is always reserved? Add on our Booking Concierge Service to your membership for just $20 per month, and we’ll save your preferred spot for as long as you have an active membership with us.

Class Passes

Not ready to commit? All of our class passes are valid for any of our regular group classes. Class packages are non-refundable and cannot be shared, but if you move away they can be transferred to someone else.
