Asana and Pranayama for Wellness

Scientific studies have shown that yoga provides an improved general sense of wellbeing for practitioners.

Explore ways to deepen and enhance the wellbeing experience, particularly when dealing with common health conditions and/or physical limitations, whether in your own practice or that of your students.

The use of props and modifications for yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath) for specific situations will be discussed and practiced.
