21 Day Transformation to Love Your Body Challenge

At the end of your 21 days of yoga, you will transform your mindset and your habits so that you can take good care of you.

We're talking having more energy to live a full life, fewer aches and pains slowing you down, and the resilience to do anything that comes from self compassion.

The challenge comes with three yoga classes per week, two intuitive eating workshops, and two goal setting coaching sessions.

Take the classes and meet with your coach at times that work with your schedule. The intuitive eating workshops will be held on April 4 and April 11 from 6-7:30p, and you can attend them in person or online.

Intuitive Eating is a personal process of honoring health by listening and responding to the direct messages of the body in order to get your needs met.

The next three weeks are going to be fun, inspiring, and life changing.

Ready to transform your relationships with your body, because when you love your body, you can love your life!

About Your Transformation Challenge Coaches

Staci Belcher completed her yoga teacher training at the Kripalu School of Yoga in 2019. In honor of the lineage, Staci's classes emphasize self-exploration and self-compassion without judgement. Since becoming a teacher, Staci has bridged her academic training in nutrition science and knowledge of the human body with yoga, offering students a glimpse into the incredible power of their bodies to foster appreciation as they explore postures.

Here’s what Staci has to say about intuitive eating:

“Intuitive eating is a clearly defined framework which allows folks to consider their whole self when exploring food decisions. It is so much more than ‘Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full’ -- It honors your wants, your needs, your mental and your physical health.”
