A Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher since 2009, Chet is now accredited at Intermediate Junior 1 level. His classes equally emphasize strength, stamina, flexibility, and balance, as well as attention to detail and alignment that brings harmony to the body and mind. Chet’s ongoing study has led to yoga teacher workshops with Geeta Iyengar, Manouso Manos, and other senior Iyengar teachers, focusing on topics such as therapeutics and yoga for the lower back. In 2015, he attended Geeta Iyengar’s Yoganusasanam intensive in Pune, India.
