Beginners Yoga

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of  yoga. Class is slower paced and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. You don’t need to be able to touch your toes or meditate or sit still for extended periods of time 🙂

We will explore strength building, flexibility, relaxation and breathing practices.

Shannon has been a student of yoga for 20 years. She is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga to help others experience optimal well-being in body, mind and spirit.
