Ayurveda: Part Two

What will you learn:

  1. Review of previous class
  2. Learning basic nutrition, according to Ayurvedic principles. Learning to make food choices based on individual doshas and imbalances, to bring about better digestion and better health.
  3. Learning asana and pranayama practice that complements the elements and qualities of the seasons as well as to complement the three doshas.  Learning to implement asana to complement our students needs.
