The principle behind 5 Points Yoga Anusara classes are aimed to inspire "the power of the heart as the force behind every action or expression in an asana".
Our classes help students of all skill levels, bonded together by a sense of community and family, transitioning into the yoga practice of deep breathing, and pose sequences which will awaken a self-discovery as we build strength, flexibility and energy flow.
Athens Five Points Yoga has created a studio space in a tight knit community of good people where good things are happening. Our classes are scheduled by a monthly calendar to accomodate all levels of experience as well as offering a variety of yoga styles.
